THE OFF CENTERED SWAG SHIPPING VIBE

The Michigan Hustle: We’re based in Ypsilanti, MI, but our print partners are spread across the US to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Because we are an Off Centered operation (and a Print-on-Demand one), our shipping process has two distinct chapters.

1. The "Wait For It" Phase (Production)

Unlike those giant companies with robots and massive warehouses, we don't print anything until you order it.

  • Timeline: It usually takes 2–5 business days for our team to prep, print, and quality-check your swag.

  • The Goal: We want it to be perfect, not just fast.

2. The "On The Road" Phase (Transit)

Once your item is printed and packed, it’s handed over to the pros (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Timeline: Shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • The Total: Most customers see their swag at their door within 7–12 business days of ordering.

3. Shipping Costs (The Good News)

  • Orders $75 and up: Shipping is on us! Free, zip, zero, zilch. Consider it a "thank you" for being awesome.

  • Orders under $50-$74.99: Flat rate shipping of $2.95.

  • Orders up to $49.99: Flat rate shipping of $4.95.

4. The "Where’s My Stuff?" Tracker

As soon as your order hits the mail, we’ll send you a tracking number. It might take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update their system, so don’t panic if the link doesn't work immediately—it just means the package is still warming up.

5. The "Oops" Section (Address Errors & Porch Pirates)

  • Address Issues: Please double-check your shipping address! If you give us an address that the post office can't find, the package will be sent back to the print facility and likely destroyed. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for address typos made at checkout.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, check with your neighbors or your local post office. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, it’s officially yours. If your package is stuck (no movement for 10+ business days), email us at info@offcenterswag.com and we’ll help you launch a search party.
