The Off Centered Swag "No-Regrets" Return Policy
The Short Version: Because we print every single item specifically for you the moment you order it, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or sizing issues. If we (or our printers) messed up, we’ll fix it. If you just changed your mind, you’ve got a cool new gift for a friend!
1. If We Messed Up (Damages & Printing Goofs)
We aim for perfection, but occasionally the machines get a little too off-centered. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is a completely different item than what you ordered, we are on it.

The Clock is Ticking: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a "printing fail."

The Proof: Send an email to info@offcenterswag.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

The Fix: If it’s a verified error, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to mail the defective one back—we trust you (and the photos).
2. Sizing & "I Changed My Mind"
Since we don't have a giant warehouse full of backstock, we can’t "swap" a shirt if you ordered the wrong size. Once it’s printed, it belongs to you.

Pro-Tip: Check the Size Chart on the product page before you buy! If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend "sizing up" for that extra-comfy feel.

The Result: Orders placed with the wrong size, color, or shipping address are not eligible for refunds or reprints. Please double-check your cart like your swag depends on it!
3. The "Return to Sender" Trap
STOP! Do not mail your item back to the address on the shipping label. That is a fulfillment center, not our office. If you send it there:

They will likely throw it away.

No refund can be issued. Always email us at info@offcenterswag.com before attempting any kind of return.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved (due to a defect), the money will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just remember, your bank might take a few extra days to realize the money is there.
